1848 N-35 R2 PCGS graded MS62 Brown. Frosty olive and steel brown with slightly lighter tan toning on the highpoints. Satiny luster covers the fields and the eye appeal is excellent. No notable marks; a small puff of lighter golden tan toning in the dentils below the second 8 may help identify this cent. E-MDS, die state a. The small bar over the left top of the U in UNITED is clear. Our grade is MS60, tied for CC#17 in the Grellman census. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 11 finer: 1 in 63, 4 in 64, 5 in 65, 1 in 65+. Estimated Value $400 - UP
