1826 N-6 R2 PCGS graded MS64BN. PCGS graded MS-64 Brown. Lustrous medium steel and light chocolate brown. Attractive satiny mint frost covers both sides. A choice cent except for a small spot of very fine reddish carbon at the right edge of the E in ONE and a shallow planchet flake on the chin, as struck. Latest die state with all the die cracks described by John Wright present and a continuous rim cud break from star 6 to star 9. In addition, there is an unlisted die crack up to the dentils from the left foot of the first A in AMERICA. Called MS60+ and tied for CC#3 in the Bland census. Noyes says MS60 and tied for CC#5, his photo #21956. Our grade is MS62. PCGS Population 2; 2 finer in 66BN.
