1863, $10 United States Note. PCGS Very Fine 30 Apparent. Fr-95b. Despite a small edge nick and edge tear at the left end that caused the PCGS "Apparent" modifier to be rightly assigned, the balance of this early Greenback is pleasing for the grade, with bold inks and colors, and no other singularly mentionable distractions. A bargain for what it's worth.
