Thracian Kingdom. Lysimachos, 323-281 BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.79 g), Byzantion mint, struck posthumously c. 195 BC. Diademed head right of Alexander the Great, wearing horn of Ammon. Reverse: Athena enthroned left; trident in exergue, "BY" below throne. Cf. Seyrig (Essays Robinson), pl. 23, 12; SNG Cop 1141 var. (monogram not listed). Porosity, especially at lower quadrant of obverse; artificially toned, on a very large flan. About Extremely Fine.
