It is engraved: "Shoot Out at the Claridge and CBS Sports Presents to the Winners Tough & Trick Shot Competition 10-13-82." The trophy stands at 40 inches with two tiers, consisting of wooden bases separating each golden and wooden column with a gold-tone billiard player on top. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Mosconi's widow Flora.
