Richard Underwood Collection of 75 B&W Photos During His Time with Echo I and Echo II Experimental Satellite Commuications Programs. Excellent notebook from Richard Underwood working with Goddard Space Flight Center on the balloon satellites, Echo I and Echo II. Virtually all 8 x 10 (one in color) and in great condition. Most are from images taken in the historic hangers at Lakehurst, New Jersey. Also included are two examples of the mylar, the Echo 1 fairly common but the rigidized "Satelloon Skin from ALCOA aluminum we have rarely offered. Estimated Value $300 - 600
