1965. Error, double struck 60% off-center and broadstruck. PCGS graded MS-64 Red and Brown. The first strike was about 5 to 10 percent off-center towards 9:00 on the obverse, the second strike is about 60 percent off center towards 8:00 on the obverse. Two full dates and broadstruck on the reverse. The second strike caused a sharp bend in the coin, and although it is certified by PCGS with an insert, it can not be encapsulated as it is too thick. Another exciting and spectacular error for the specialist.
