Lovely Antique English Silverplate Biscuit Jar. Late 19th-early 20th century, 9" high, 8" wide, with hinged lid. Nicely decorated in floral and geometric designs. The glass container handsomely etched and cut. On the base, four hallmarks, maker mark and workman's initials with number 2246. Lacking one easily replaceable retaining nut under the base, otherwise very good condition and most attractive.
