Two Current Supreme Court Justices. Signatures. Lot of two signed Time Magazine covers from Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justice David Souter. The Rehnquist cover has been reinforced around the edges but the signature, in black ink, is not affected. The Souter cover has been reconstructed with a second cover but the signature, in black ink, is unaffected. Condition for both covers is good.
The Rehnquist cover was issued immediately after his nomination as Chief Justice, while the Souter cover came as he was being considered by the Senate.
