Three Prime Ministers. Signatures. Two Time Magazine covers signed by three significant Israeli Prime ministers. Shamir and Peres have signed a cover featuring the two; and, Rabin has signed a portrait cover issued in 1974. Included with the Rabin cover is the address section of the transmittal envelope. The mailing label is still affixed to the Rabin issue and there is one horizontal and one vertical fold on the Peres/Shamir envelope, but otherwise both are in very good condition.
