Oval shield with hands holding liberty cap, wreath with large ribbons around, supported by crossed pennants and artillery and topped by radiant sun. Reverse: Mountain, crossed saber and pennant below, all within shield, bordering wreath around. Lightly cleaned with traces of luster remaining. Rare one year type.
