1847-O. PCGS graded MS-61. RPD, labeled as "Minor Variety" by PCGS (PCGS #V8598). Lightly toned with lovely greenish yellow gold throughout. The base of the 1 is clearly repunched along with the top of 7, and there is a thin die crack from the lower right of the 7 to the edge. An elegant look to this important Mint State New Orleans coin, and a prized conddition rarity when found this nice. Pop 10; 8 finer at PCGS for regular 1847-O $10 gold.
