1783 Washington "Georgius Triumpho" token. PCGS graded AU-55. A surprisingly nice example of this piece, but struck from perhaps the latest state of the dies we've ever encountered. Glossy brown, lustrous, and conservatively graded (Psst! -- the holder is from the older-generation with a green label). PCGS has not yet graded a Mint State example of this token. Their best are 8 AU-55's and 5 AU-58's. Thus, this is one of the finest examples available to collectors (PCGS # 664) Estimated Value $1,500 - 1,700
