1801 S-219 R2 3-Error Reverse. Good-6. Very slightly sharper with a small planchet chip out of the edge before the nose tip extending through the planchet to the opposing rim over R in AMERICA. Otherwise the surfaces are decent with only very faint roughness under the slightly glossy dark chocolate and olive brown patina. No verdigris or contact marks. E-MDS, Breen state III. The date is strong, the legends are complete, and the 3 reverse die-cutter errors are clear but not strong.
