1800/179 S-192 R3 Style II Hair with Overdate 80 over 79. Good-6. A couple points sharper with microscopic roughness covering both sides. No verdigris, but there is a nick on the L, a couple digs on the U in UNITED, and a small rim bruise at the M in AMERICA. Slightly glossy dark steel brown with chocolate highpoints. MDS, Breen state II. The date is clear, the overdate is obvious, and the legends are complete.
