1797 S-142 R5+. VG-7. Sharpness F15 but the obverse is covered with fine granularity while the reverse is moderately corroded with shallow greenish verdigris in protected areas. A rim nick at the first A in AMERICA reaches the top of that letter. Slightly glossy dark chocolate and olive with lighter steel brown highpoints. EDS, Breen state I. The date and legends are complete and clear.
