Lot 1082
1847 N-4 R3 Repunched 18 EF45. Glossy light chocolate and medium brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. Satiny mint frost covers the protected areas on both sides. The best identifying mark is a tiny speck of dark toning between star 12 and the main curl. E-MDS, die state b. The repunching on the 18 is sharp. A shallow low spot (caused by debris on the die) covers the lower part of the chin.
