1882, $20 National Bank Note. Fr-495. The seal faded to a reddish brown tinge on this "brown seal" Second Charter period issue. Left and right margins trimmed; top margin touches at right, bottom away from the design. Low grade but a scarce offering. PCGS graded Very Good 10.
