Indenture; Article of Agreement between Stephen Reynolds and Ira Richardson and then from Ira Richardson to Hamburg/Hawaii trading firm of Krull and Moll. This is for a storehouse at the corner of Queen and Nuuanu Streets, Honolulu. Signed by Richardson, Reynolds, C.F. Hussey, Ashur Bates and W.A. Cooper. Stephen Reynolds was a towering figure in early Hawaiian business and trade. Minor staining and one partial fold separation.
