Many highlights that include Scott #11-18, 43 1889-1899 surcharges with #57 (1979 Friedl Cert) & other better values, 75-89, 92-105, 118-24 (browned gum), 125-27, 128-38, 145-56, 176-84, 187-98, 199-204, 207-22, 225-32, 243-54 (NH), 264-73, 275-82, 283-95, 348-62A, 397-411A (NH), B12-17 (B15 with 1973 APS Cert), B18-23 (B20 & B21 with 1973 APS Certs), B24-30 (B30 with 1975 APS Cert), B38-40 and more. Only used set is 1925 "Government Museum 2468" airmail overprints that are normally found canceled. Substantial cat value. Neat and clean collection. Original gum, NEVER HINGED (NH) or hinged with many light hinged stamps, fine to very fine.
