Includes classic period, Edward, George V and George VI issues as well as solid modern issues plus good representation of Convention States. Better mint (hinged) include Scott #150-67, 203-06, 1971 Refugee Overprint (O162) varieties, Chamba 36-45C, Jind O36-48 and many better used as well. Substantial cat value with much NEVER HINGED in modern. Some mixed condition & centering issues in early Victoria as uaual, rest mostly fine to very fine.
