Gulick relative to land at Kamananui, Waialua, Oahu, Hawaii. Gaspar Sylva document collection. Signed by the following: Kamehameha III; Peter J. Gulick (Peter Johnson Gulick was missionary and father to Orramel H. Gulick and John Thomas Gulick and uncle to Charles T. Gulick); and Keoni Ana (John Young II) as Minister of the Interior. Keoni Ana was the son of John Young and chiefess Kaonaeha. He succeeded Kekauluoki as Prime Minister, 1845-1854, and also served at various times as governor of Maui, Minister of the Interior and of the Supreme Court. Includes royal stamp and red wax royal seal. Minor age toning.
