Three Miniature Ancient Greco-Roman Terracotta Heads in Choice Condition. Three immensely appealing Greek/Roman terracotta heads. While these fragments are slightly smaller than a ping-pong ball, nothing is shortchanged with regards to their beauty and craftsmanship. Usually this small sculptures depicted deities, frequently Artemis, Aphrodite, Hebe and Leto and were left behind in certain areas with candles and incense as offerings. On stands, the tallest measures 5", the second 4.5" and the shortest 3". Outstanding relic condition with no cracks or repairs. Estimated Value $600 - 1,000
