1797 C-1 R2. About Good-3. 1 above 1 variety. Slightly sharper than the assigned grade, especially on the obverse, but the fields and protected areas show microscopic porosity. No verdigris or notable marks. The date is easily readable and the stray 1 above the normal 1 is visible but not strong. Portions of the reverse legend are gone, however. E-MDS.
