1820. O-108, R-2. . O-108. AU-58. Gorgeous blue and green peripheral toning over lustrous fields, with the centers more steel gray in color on the obverse, the reverse similar, but more golden in color. Fully struck throughout, with the diagnostic double leaves sharply defined. Hairlines are at a minimum. While not a rare variety, the bust half dollars of 1820 are always popular with date and variety collectors alike.
