Reagan, Ronald - Signed Birthday Card (1911-2004) 40th President of the United States (1981-1989). Birthday card signed "Ronald Reagan," 6¼ x 3¼", no place, no date. The printed card says, "I only wanted to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY." The recipient is not identified. It is matted with a 7¼ x 5¼" photo of Reagan (with a printed signature) and framed to an overall size of 18 x 12¼". Fine condition. Estimate $300 - 500
