Archive of Flight Director's Apollo Lunar Module Workbooks and Ringed Binders ca.1970s. From the archive of the flight director, three rubber-band-bound/loose ringed workbooks and countless notes and memos all dated around 1970 mostly addressing Apollo 14. All three bundles were removed by the director and filed away. First a large, comprehensive handbook, Lunar Module Systems Handbook LM-8 Vehicle prepared by the Flight Control Division with countless schematics, illustrations, charts, graphs and specs, including lunar surface equipment. The second rubber-banded file is a personal trove of memos, notes and graphs with substantial original hand written notes and graphs addressing structure, equipment, loads, suit and cabin details that promises hours of review. Finally a thick bundle of memos again issue by the Flight Control Division with changes and revisions to the Lunar Module Systems Handbook.
