Magnificent North American NA-249 Trainer. Mint condition, rare, proposal model of the NA-249. The North American Aviation Company produced the T-2 Buckeye Trainer for the United States Navy. It entered service in 1959. North American propose this modified version of the Buckeye to the US Air Force and called it the NA- 249. It was never produced. This is a plastic Topping Model from the 1960s that has been stored in its original box and never displayed. Because of that it is in mint condition.
The wing span is 11 inches, length is 12 inches, and height 7 1/2 inches. Comes with its stand and the original shipping box. Estimated Value $400 - UP
