Superb Northrop YB-49. The Northrop YB-49 was a prototype jet-powered heavy bomber developed by Northrop Corporation shortly after World War II for service with the U.S. Air Force. The YB-49 was a turbojet-powered development of the earlier, piston-engine Northrop XB-35 and YB-35. Although scrapped by the military in the 1950s, it came back as the B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber in the late 1980s.

This beautiful, large display model was restored from a factory resin blank. It has a wing span of 35 1/2 inches, widest length is 10 inches, and a height of 8 3/4 inches. Comes with a wooden stand. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
