1787 Connecticut Draped Bust Left Miller 44-Z.10 Rarity-6+ VF25. Glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. Excellent eye appeal for the grade. The only defects are a small spot of fine verdigris at the base of the R in AUCTORI and a void in the planchet at the rim that nearly obliterates the C in AUCTORI. Otherwise the date is bold and the legends are clear. Better than the Miller-Ford example. Listed on page 62 in the "Redbook." Weight 111.0 grains.
