Document Signed on p. 8 of a 14-pp legal document, Dearborn, Michigan, 1910 and 1911. Fine. A deposition by Henry Ford regarding a legal dispute between David P. Lapham and Detroit-Dearborn Motor Car. Company. The document is signed twice by Lapham. He established the first bank in Dearborn in 1896 and sold it to Henry Ford in 1916.
