1804 C-7 R4 Spiked Chin G6. Glossy medium chocolate brown and steel with a couple faint wisps of reddish steel toning on both sides. A collection of faint vertical hairline scratches in the field before the portrait is visible under strong magnification; otherwise the surfaces are nice for the grade. The date is strong and the legends are complete. Extremely rare LDS, Manley state 7.2, with cud breaks at OF-AMERI. The cud clearly touches OF and MER and barely misses the I in AMERICA. The Spiked Chin feature is visible but not strong. A decent example of this extremely rare die state. Estimate Value $400 - UP
