Lot 699

1805 S-267 R1. Fine-15. Sharpness EF40 but covered with tiny pitmarks that are mostly lost in the glossy chocolate brown toning. The surfaces were very lightly burnished but the retoning appears quite natural and the color is appealing. No verdigris, just a few minor contact marks, including a small dig in the field near the rim off the chin and a trio of light rim bruises on the lower left of the obverse. M-LDS, Breen die state III.
Estimated Value $200 - 300.

Realized $230
