1837 N-16 R3 Plain Hair Cord EF40. Five points sharper with a small rim bruise above the E in STATES. Otherwise essentially flawless. Frosty medium brown and chocolate, the reverse a couple shades lighter than the obverse. MDS. This is the plate coin for the variety in "The Cent Book" by John D. Wright.
