1937-D Buffalo Nickel. 3 legged. NGC graded MS-64. Here is one of the few near gems to be graded by either grading service of this immensely popular variety. We note some tawny gold toning on the obverse, with a splash of multicolored hues around the bison's head on the reverse. NGC has graded 105 this high, with 36 graded higher, similar numbers at PCGS. Well struck and always in demand for the curious feature on the reverse.
