Large Beautiful, Early 19th Century Chinese Dragon Bowl. Extremely appealing early 19th Century Chinese bowl in white and blue glazes with a dragon painted in the center with foliate/thistle designs along the top perimeter. The bowl has been wired for hanging some time ago and still sturdy enough to do so. On verso the flat bottom of bowl has quite a bit of rust colored mineralization, something that speaks to the years in age. 16 x 16 x 3". No cracks or repairs, a terrific piece.
