1803 C-4 R4 PCGS graded VF35. PCGS graded VF-35 Brown. Very attractive glossy light olive and steel brown. The surfaces are smooth and nearly flawless. The only notable mark is a tiny speck of darker toning in the field under the lower end of the hair ribbon. MDS with the usual strong die clashmarks inside the left half of the wreath. The reverse is not rotated and the fine repunching under the left side of the first 0 in the denominator is clear. Our grade is VF30.
