SUPER BOWL 1: Three (3) Weldon, Williams & Lick Proof Tickets Issued By Printer Two Signed by MVP Bart Starr. On January 15, 1967 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the first Super Bowl between the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs took place and history was made. A printer from from Fort Smith Arkansas, Weldon, Williams and Lick, had printed tickets for the leagues previously created proofs for the first Super Bowl but ultimately did not get awarded the contract. The final tickets, very similar in appearance, went to Dillingham Printing in Los Angeles.

Two of the tickets do have the Lick company printed on verso, a third for an odd reason doesn't have the name, but it's still not a Dillingham ticket with all three in excellent condition. But two are made quite desirable having been signed by Bart Starr (1934-2019) awarded MVP in this first Super Bowl. One is signed in silver, the other in gold metallic marker. Estimated Value $300 - UP

Realized $180
