1852 N-23 R5 VF25. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth and attractive. The notable marks are a dull rim nick at the A in STATES and a spot of darker reddish chocolate toning on the first A in AMERICA. Rare LDS, die state b, with a strong rim cud break under the wreath stem and ribbon loop. Tied for CC#9 of 22 known in the Grellman census.
