1817, 7 over 3. PCGS graded VF-30. Has been toned around the edges of attractive deep blue an russet gold, while the enters are light silver. A few minor nicks particularly on the reverse. The overdate is bold and almost comical in appearance as there was no way to hide that big 3 below the skinny 7! (PCGS # 6111) Estimated Value $500 - 600
