1824, 4 over 1. Overton-101a, Rarity 2. PCGS graded EF-40. Pleasing light gray toning. This 1824/1 overdate obverse was paired with two reverses to produce O-101 (the present coin) and O-102. On the later state O-101a, a die crack forms from the edge below U joining top of UNITED. Another at top of ERICA and one at the top of TES OF A. Pop 1; 10 finer at PCGS for the variety.
