Max Beerbohm. The Poets' Corner. New York: Dodd, Mead & Co., 1904. Grubby, toned card covers with some paper loss and old tape between front cover and list of contents; several pages are separated, including back cover, but all 20 full page color caricatures, 14¾" x 11", are present and in nice condition, except for light toning and small paper loss in border next to spine; one page (Goethe) is torn. The other caricatures can be matted and framed. They include: Robert Browning, Henrik Ibsen, Lord Byron, Walt Whitman, William Wordsworth, Alfred, Lord Tennyson, William Shakespeare, Samuel Coleridge, W.B. Yeats, Homer, Dante, and others.
Estimated Value $300 - 500.
