Head of Alexander the Great right, diademed, wearing horn of Ammon. Rev. ??S???OS / ??S?????? Athena enthroned left, holding Nike and resting elbow on shield at side, spear leaning against far shoulder, monogram above crescent in inner left field (Thompson 61; Müller 395). Nicely toned, superb extremely fine.
