Typed Letter Signed on Balaban & Katz Corporation letterhead, 1p, 11"x8½", thanking Miss Boehnert for the lovely things she had written. Very good; slight fold separation. With envelope. Also, a 10¾"x13¾" posed photo of Miss Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks, Sr., Charlie Chaplin, and ? pretending to serenade. Very good; upper edge splits, on board.
