This well circulated Ace is the only known Original Series note currently recorded from this bank that chartered in March 1865. The bank would be liquidated in July 1909 after issuing over $2.3 Million in banknotes, of which today only 18 notes are known. PCGS Currency mentions edge and internal splits, tears and repairs.
