1834 Braided Hair Cent. Small 8, large stars, medium letters. . N-1. Del Bland graded VF-35. Ten points sharper but the surfaces are not perfectly smooth and below 183 is a scratch. Medium dark chocolate brown.
Nice surfaces for the grade, and the scratch below the date is old and barely visible. Not a rare coin, but popular in high grade.
