1785 Vermont. . Ryder-2 Rarity-2. PCGS graded Fine-15 VERMONTS Landscape type. Glossy medium brown with chocolate toning in protected areas. Smooth, attractive surfaces. No contact marks or corrosion. The only mark is a shallow planchet lamination or fissure near the rim below the plow handles. Unevenly struck leaving the date and VE in VERMONTS missing. The reverse is more evenly struck, only the A in DECIMA gone from that side. The missing date, unfortunately, is a significant detractor from an otherwise choice example for the grade.
Estimated Value $150 - 300.

Realized $719
