Vespasian, 69-79 AD. "Judaea Capta Issue." AR Denarius, Rome mint, struck 69-70 AD. Laureate head of Vespasian right. Reverse: Jewess sits in attitude of mourning, to right of tropaium. RIC 15; Hendin 759. Minor planchet flaw on reverse. Nicely centered and toned. Fine.
