Nero, 54-68 AD. AE Sestertius, Rome mint, struck c. 66 AD. Laureate bust of Nero right, aegis at shoulder. Reverse: Roma seated left on cuirass and shields, holding Victory and parazonium. RIC 329 var. Full sharp strike, of fine style, but rough surfaces and with flan crack. Deep brown patina with orichalcum highlights. Very Fine, or better.
