Apollo 12, 1969, FLOWN Gold Foil. 5") mounted on a typed COA that reads: "This is to certify that the attached material was part of the outer skin of the Apollo12 Spacecraft that carried astronauts Conrad, Gordon and Bean on their historic flight to the moon 14-24, 1969". It is signed by Terry Slezak - NASA MSC - Lunar Receiving Lab Decontamination Team. It was after Apollo 11 that Slezak achieved NASA immortality by becoming the first man to touch Moon Dust (inadvertently!). Rare.
